Sterling Declines Against Dollar and Euro Amid UK Economic Pressures

General

Amman: The British pound experienced a decline against major currencies, falling by 0.16% against the US dollar to $1.3030 and by 0.03% against the euro to $1.2005.

According to Jordan News Agency, analysts attribute the decline of the British pound to various economic pressures in the United Kingdom, including high inflation rates and the increasing cost of living. These factors have contributed to the weakening of the currency in international markets.
