AMMAN: In a firm declaration of support, Jordan’s Senate President has underscored the nation’s unwavering position in defense of the Palestinian cause, highlighting the country’s opposition to Israeli expansionist plans and any attempts to forcibly displace Palestinians. Senate President Faisal Fayez emphasized Jordan’s commitment to confronting threats to its security and unity under the leadership of King Abdullah II.
According to Jordan News Agency, Fayez stressed that King Abdullah II is resolute in opposing aggression and protecting Jordan’s security, emphasizing the unity of its people. He reiterated Jordan’s position against Israeli expansionism and asserted that the kingdom would remain steadfast and secure, confronting any threats to its stability. Fayez declared that Jordan, led by King Abdullah II and supported by its people and security forces, will continue to resist attempts to undermine its security and stability.
Fayez’s remarks come amid heightened regional tensions, as he reassured that
Jordan will become stronger and more unified in the face of challenges. He called on Jordanians to rally around King Abdullah II, who has dedicated himself to serving both the homeland and broader national causes, with the Palestinian issue at the forefront.
