CAIRO: Bariq Al Amal, owned by Safaan Stables, triumphed in the Egyptian leg of the UAE President’s Cup World Series for Purebred Arabian Horses, held on Saturday at the historic Gezira Sporting Club. This victory marks a significant achievement in the 31st edition of the Cup, highlighting the prowess of the competing horses in this esteemed event.

According to Emirates News Agency, Bariq Al Amal secured the win in the 1600-metre main card race, completing it in 2.03.00 minutes. The 12th stage of the Cup showcased a gathering of 55 elite Egyptian horses, competing fiercely across six rounds. The Group 1 Purebred Arabian race was conducted under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who serves as the Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court.
