Kut, A fire broke out in a house in the “Um Halil” area, north of Kut.
The Director of Civil Defense in Wasit, Brigadier General Samir Razzaq, told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that the fire was controlled and prevented from spreading to neighboring houses without causing any casualties, indicating that the cause of the fire was an electrical short circuit.
